Prayers for World Peace

Sunday Mornings 10-11:15am

“Prayers for World Peace” is an opportunity to develop inner peace as well as to bring peace to the world around us. We all have within us the potential to experience deep contentment and harmony with others.

These introductory classes are an excellent introduction to the practical applications of Buddhism and meditation. They offer very simple meditations that you can use to gain more peace and balance in life, as well as a clear introduction to the Buddhist way of life. The classes combine guided meditation with practical spiritual advice that you can immediately put into practice as a method for eliminating daily stress and other problems you may be experiencing.

The classes are suitable for those who are able to attend only occasionally, as well as to those who want to follow a systematic series of classes. There is no need to pre-register. Everyone is welcome. $5 per class.
